For me, it comes with Astra '94 1.6 x16sz. After assembly, he walked beautifully, after changing the filter began, first jerking and mechanical adjustment then impoverishment (I unnecessarily mentioned that it feels a bit unburned gas on barren ...), and further the car does not accelerate any more. I wonder what would happen if we gave the factory settings, maybe someone has such a file ?? Or advice ??

    I think the installation is like any other. The problem is probably in the skills of mechanics. I have an installation with the DT gas system basic controller.
    Burning in gusts reached 16 liters in the city, I did not go below 10 years on the road. Visits at the mechanics did not give positive results, but I was not authorized service technicians. There were various proposals. Including such that it is best to dismantle this installation and set up a new one.
    There may be many reasons. In my case / lanos 1,5 8V / I replaced the ignition coil, and the regulator. I suspect the regulator may have failed. He had around 50,000 traveled km. The installation does not have a temperature sensor and switched to gas too early. The membrane could fly. After setting up a new one, I went to the setting, but they did nothing. The car at idle was unstable so they replaced the bolt in place of the crocodile. He started to work more stable but the consumption was still too high. In addition, riding a screw is certainly not healthy for the car. You have to take into account the replacement of the gasket under the head, I know something about it.
    I got a laptop, uploaded the program and took the matter into my own hands.
    The trick is to set the diaphragm tension so that the lambda probe maintains a voltage within 0.6 volts. In the controller program, the number of motor steps should be set so that the smallest step oscillation is possible. For me it is set to 145 steps and oscillates from this limit + - 5 steps. The instructions are recommended to set up around 100 steps. In my case, however, it worked badly. I could not rip the correct combustion at slow and higher speeds. Of course, in every car it will be different and you have to choose an experimental one. It also depends on many factors, including from the mixer used. In any case, you have to observe the lambda's oscillation and adjust it accordingly with a screw from the diaphragm, at a standstill and while driving. Now lanos has become more vigorous and burning has dropped. After the first refueling: route 8 liters city 11 liters. The drop in consumption could be observed immediately on the diodes, and candles less sooted. I will see what will happen next.

I have DTGas at my place and it's quite normal, it's also quite normal. and gas problems are often faulty assembly and / or improper adjustment. the DT controller has very large adjustment possibilities, but you have to know what! here, the hammer and :-) unfortunately, can not :-)

    But if we even accept the version that the car is guilty, what did I pay earlier for 570 PLN? To still have a faulty installation?
    And finally another question. Where do you think I should go to the repair if the producer of the installation, ie DT GAS from Lublin, is helpless? assure you that I did not even try to bury it.
    In my opinion, all this installation is sneeze and no one will convince me !!!

    I instalked the DT to my 3.5 liter bottle in Czestochowa. for half a year I did ok.17kkm and I do not have any problems.
    In the winter, there was a problem with frost - when switching to gas for a moment, the motor waved - but the fault was on the reducer's side - it was just "in contact" - 155kW engine power, 160kW reducer power. I replaced one 150kW reducer, for two newer models 2 * 150kW (2 times more power reserve) and the problem ceased to exist. After 5 months of use they normally exchanged under the guarantee - cost PLN 0.01.
    Personally, I think that if you are on Pb is OK, only the LPG installation itself is in the game - incorrectly mounted, wrong fitting, regulation - there is no other option!

I have read the problems of other gas installation users on the net and decided to invest about PLN 80 in a new stepper motor. he is responsible for idle rotation in my car. I exchanged and dismissed as a hand. another car. everything was perfect, but by the time. after some time, light jerking during acceleration. I exchanged candles for new ones and the problem disappeared. recently I had jerking, lack of power and fault lay on the side of the lambda probe, which just poped. after driving over 100,000 km on this installation, I came to the conclusion that all problems are not on the side of the installation. The condition of our engine is also important. and so I can write that:
