    Similar issue, new out of the box today the original Windows 11 flash drive, is not visible in the BIOS of the Acera,
    normal flash drives with W11 uploaded by the MS tool work and the installation was successful.

    But I wanted to use this original flash drive to try to treat it with the MS tool to update this "invisible" installation version from the flash drive (2021) but it is protected, it is possible to remove the write lock?

    We had a similar story last week with some Asus. The colleague who tried to make it had already left, so I won't give the exact model, but probably the problem was with the laptop's BIOS, because an attempt to boot Linux from a flash drive also failed. And since the laptop was new, we sent the customer back to the warranty service, so that our interference would not one day be grounds for denying the warranty.

    This pen drive is strange(old BOOT?), a regular pen drive with W10 and W11 made a while ago is visible in the BIOS of the new Acer Aspire A317, and this original pen from MS is not.
    Of course in Windows it is visible and the contents of the W11 installer are available...
