Can't Format Two Old Pendrives on Windows 10 Pro 64 - Disk Management & Connectivity Issues

Question

I have 2 pendrives that I have not connected for a long time, but they always worked.
Today I connect both and neither works. I can't even format them.

My system: Windows 10 pro 64.

The second is only visible in disk management.

Hello. In disk management, create a FAT32 partition and then format it.

I ran this SMI MPTool program and now Windows 10 sees this 32 giga pendrive but still can't format it.

But this 64 giga is not seen by this program anymore.

You know how to fix it so that you can see how much space a given disk takes up on my computer, i.e. so that the disk's bar is visible.
As in the picture above, you can only see the names of the drives.
