Hello together,
my grandma's TV is losing all its saved TV station positions and I would love to try with some FW update.
At the moment there is a Version 1.5 from 2015 and the web update tool says the TV is up to date.
By googling I don't find any proper hints to more actual firmware than 2015.

Do you have some advice on what I can try?
Should I try a different fw of another model or is my problem a common issue with losing the stations?
I have to admit that my grandma is disconnecting the 230V always after watching TV as well
AI: Does the TV lose the saved channels immediately after being turned off and unplugged, or does it happen after a longer period?
after some days the channels are gone
AI: Have you tried any other troubleshooting steps besides looking for a firmware update, such as resetting the TV or checking the settings?
