Transferring Hörmann HS4-868-BS Red Light Button Code to Clone Remote

I'd appreciate if anyone can help - I want to transfer codes from hormann garage door remote HS4-868-BS to a new remote - chinese compatible clone. There are 4 buttons on the original remote and I'm using 3. First button is with red light, and the other 2 are with blue. On the new remote all the buttons are with blue light, and I can successfully transfer only the codes on the blue light buttons. The procedure is not working for the red light button. What could be the reason, how can I transfer the code for the red light button?

Press and hold the button on the new remote, press any other button 3 times. Then press and hold the button on the original remote.

Blue is a code-changeable signal.
Red is a fixed code signal.

Someone changed one button in the original polo to a fixed-code signal for another receiver.

Clones will not accept differing signal types for cloning. Only BS signal, or fixed 868 signal.

You need to get an original remote to get the function you want.
