Hi everyone,
I’m looking for the firmware files for a Candy C32K6G Android TV (Haier-based model). The TV updated recently, and now it only shows the logo and then the screen goes black. No remote response, no recovery menu.
I believe I need the usbflash folder with Image.code.bin and Image.save files to attempt a USB recovery.
If anyone has access to a firmware dump or backup for this model (or a compatible Haier/Candy 32" board like SSDV3241), please share or point me in the right direction.
Thanks in advance!
AI: Do you know the exact firmware version your TV was running before the update, or the version it tried to update to?
Android TV 11 early versions
AI: Have you already tried any specific recovery steps, like using different USB drives, button combinations, or accessing service mode? If so, what have you attempted so far?
Yes. I have tried the standard USB recovery method using a FAT32-formatted 16GB flash drive with the usbflash folder containing Image.code.bin and Image.save. I’ve tested both USB ports, multiple power cycles, and let the TV sit for 2 minutes after plugging in. I also attempted recovery with and without the usbflash folder, using a known-good firmware for SSDV3241-ZC01-01. The TV displays the boot logo, then goes black, and doesn't respond to button presses or remote input. No recovery menu appears, and the USB doesn’t seem to trigger any response.
