A question for users of the Ampio system. Does anyone have experience with a service technician of this service who knows anything and can honestly recommend him?
The house is not far from Poznan, but kilometres don't make a difference. I just want this person not to be after a two day course to become a service technician, just someone who has a real sense of what happens when the lights come on at night when I'm sleeping. Thank you and best regards.
AI: Can you write down exactly what Ampio system you have (e.g. panel model, software version, extent of installation in the house)? .
The biggest problem is that if there is no power for a moment, this system 'doesn't get up'. Many of the available functions of this app simply do not work.

There have been many unsuccessful attempts at diagnosis.
