Where can I find an expert on Smart Home systems?

I am looking for a smarthome expert who has experience with open source openHAB systems etc. Preferably from Krakow.
I am currently buying a flat and intend to install a smart home management system in it.

My wish list is (will probably be verified in time):

Motion sensor and camera in the storage cell (Overlooking the parking spaces)
Motion sensor and camera in the hallway.
Control of double roller blinds with light sensor.
Light control
Control of air conditioning and heating
Control of humidifier and air purifier (preferably ducted if possible)
Touch control panel
Alexa/multimedia
Plus standard sensors for window opening/occupancy/fire/ temperature/humidity

As I have worked on industrial IoT systems myself, I am aware of the complexity of these systems and know well how much I don't know, nevertheless the ultimate for me would be to choose closed systems from any of the Polish suppliers.

Of course, I know that assistance at the appropriate level will require appropriate payment 😊

I would take it up because I enjoy doing it, but unfortunately it's a bit too far away for me. And I know that putting the finishing touches to everything can take some time and requires being on site.
