You need to do your own homework.

As for #1, show the circuit with the capacitors in question. Then consider the effects of each on the amplifier. I'm pretty sure I know what your instructor is looking for, but I'm also quite sure he wants you to learn it for yourself and understand the reason behind the answer.

As for #2, I think you are confusing types of FETs with ways of connecting them.
