please help me.......... i need a circuit diagram of counter which starts from 9 back to zero...i also make a lot of search on it but mostly circuit do not work on the software .....i'm new over here,,,and i need it fast ...

use the d flip flops for your operation, it easy to construct & execute the ckt

Since you gave no criteria details, there's no way to give you much more (like does there need to be a numeric display of some sort, does it need to be run on a battery, what triggers the counting action, a pulse, a push-button, the count of a woodpecker "pecking"???
