Cheapest way to get 100uF-200uF bulk capacitance

I need something like 100uF to 200uF bulk capacitance for an LC power filter, must have low ESR below 300mohm. My co-worker keeps telling me we must use a Tantalum 220uF capacitor (big smt, 2310 size), but that's _very_ expensive.

Someone proposed using 2 ea 47uF ceramic caps, but they seem pretty expensive too (like ~$0.15 each @100Ku qty on digi-key). http://search.digikey.com/us/en/products/JMK212BJ476MG-T/587-1779-2-ND/1212779

Question: what's the best/cheapest way to realize a large value (100uF-200uF), low ESR bulk capacitance? Must be SMT. Must have low ESR, =6.3V.

I would recommend using poscaps - best of both worlds - electrolytics are not going to do it for you. ceramics are fine but can be brittle - lots of large volume consumer, industrial, computer, telecom applications are using these poscaps with good results. I think digikey and mouser stock them too - maybe from other suppliers in fact.

Maybe wonder on this solution .....
put couple capacitors in parallel ... in such solution ESR goes down ...
As for capacitance use standard equasion.
