want a low rpm Generator

m converting a simple bicycle into electric bicycle and wants to charge the batteries while doing paddling, but m not able to find generator that solve my problem, i need generator of 36v 250 watt, i can max go to 200 rpm after doing some mechanics.
help me out please.........

check up on internet about DIY wind generators or permanet magnet generators ( PMA ).
it is easy tomake using magnets and coil. just recalculat your rpm.

Hi, I working on VAWT project and I am using a F&P permanent magnet motor with a DC to DC step down converter circuit. The F&P generates about 0.9 AC volts per revolution. So it is a high voltage with low current at the input. I convert the AC to DC then use the Buck converter to step down the voltage to charge the battery. I am still testing but it appears to be the solution for higher current output at lower RPMs. I am currently fabricating a new Buck converter that will have a max input voltage of 450 Vdc with a max output of 15 amps @ 13.7 volts for battery charging. You would have to design a Buck converter to fit your needs. It maybe a solution.
