Check the governor controller unit and magnetic pickups conditions. Check and make correct gap for magnetic pickup. Check the link condition for governor actuator. Check the fuel oil filters condition. Check according to manufacture fuel oil pressure.have a nice day for you.

I have a Perkins Generator series 2300,but now when it runs at no-load condition it doesn't work at 1500 rpm and has a fluctuation between 1400 rpm to 1450 rpm, please help me to make generator speed constant at 1500 rpm. also, the oil pressure is raised from 4.5 bar to 7 bar. it seems that it is not normal. please help me to adjust it.

That sounds as that your oil filter is blocked and bypass is not working.
Replace filter and engine oil, if there is not enough oil it distoys your engine.

dirty filters (oil,fuel or air) are a big problem for generators it makes the swing more.
And if you have electronic control it looks out the power.
Check if your electronic controller (not the governor) that controlls the start stop and alarm conditions. In my case i changed to min. 46 Hz & Max. 52 Hz.
Also use the best type of engine oil and big size filters.
But in your case it also looks that your bypass that controlles the oil pressure is defect.
