1>1st draw your circuit diagram on paper 2>draw layout on graph paper 3>trace circuit layout on butter paper(tracing paper ), be careful while tracing line on trace paper , each line must be dark . 4> after that make negative of layout 5> after that by using negative make pcb .

Honestly, take it in stride that you don't know how yet. Engineering heavily relies on building a foundation of theory and then applying it later. So 2nd years will most likely have minimal circuit design and even less PCB design/layout. If you want to learn by playing an a circuitry sandbox, by all means check out some of the following:
Again, this is primarily for circuit layout. Once you get the circuit layout down then you can put it to a PCB. If you dont know how an Op Amp works, theres no reason to try to know how to design PCB's.
Get the basics down now, learn about how and why resistors and capacitors work before trying to jump the gun with circuit design.
