in all circuit we use capacitor, inductor these two have phase angle with applied voltage .my question is what is phase angle with current in whole circuit.what is phase angle between voltage and current if we take output across inductor or capacitor .if these used in filter circuit why we did not consider phase angle . where the phase shift are used
