First you need to know the value that you are replacing - then determine the varicap you want to use. Keep in mind though varicaps do not come in large values. You may pave to put a few in parallel. to get the higher values. The other problem is that you need to be able to apply reverse bias DC voltage to them. Your circuitry will determine if you can do this.
