Your emphasis being on abuse etc and also I would have thought being on top secret , a further emphasis being on IP cameras, encoded mpeg layers not to mention IP security secure transmission and hidden further would have to be approved for courts of law in other words they would have to be time stamped etc sealed etc by a legally binding body and maintained only by that which is approved for evidance

So I am a little surprised at your requests particularly if you are who you say you are

Very strange request to make in a public forum to say the least For a start you wouldnt want anyone to know what you were up too let alone anything else particularly if you were going to act in the best defence of people who are human rights abuse victims who might be disclosed and possibly whos lives you would endanger by doing this espoecially with such low end of the range camera's

People who work for human rights dont just simply expose thier cases just like that especially when thier is every chance they might be assasinated Also they would collect all information secretly untill they could blow the case wide open such that thier would be apsolutly no chance what so ever that the acussed parties would ever get away with it In other words a open shut case No arguments with as little danger as humanly possible to said victims
