Texas Instruments VSP2562 for Multi-Camera CCTV System: Single Stream Support?

Hi all,
Actually I am trying to make CCTV based security system. In this project there maybe more than two CCTV's so I am not getting which video processor shall be used.I have studied VSP2562 of Texas instruments but I am doubtful that whether it would support multiple cameras. Actually I am going to broadcast one video data at a time from one CCTV so I am confused if it will work. Furthermore, the signal of this processor is interfacing with a microcontroller. But how to fetch one video data from one CCTV at a time?
