How can we block the AC supply... can we use Inductor for Blocking??? if not any other device or circuitory... ? if Inductor is used for AC blocking then in transformer the same inductor is used as a principle work...

Yes an inductor can be used to attenuate, but not completely block, the AC component.

If you whish to pass an ac component then you would use a capacitor or combination of a capacitor and inductor but i dont recomend you try this on a power supply which provides ac only as output else you might wind up with a very loud bang and huge quantities of smoke or an inductor I think you need to provide a lot more information myself plus a schematic and what it is your trying to achieve
