Simple 12V Car Alarm Circuit With Door & Shock Sensors, Siren, Key Fob, Aux Outputs?

I have been trying to find a basic car alarm to go into a storage box with a 12 volt battery in it with lights outside, All I want on the alarm is 1 or 2 door sensors, a shock sensor (witch can be used if needed or disabled, a siren, a couple out puts for aux, like hooking up the box lights to flash when alarm goes off and another output to go to a relay for optional accessories if needed, a led light to tell if armed or disarmed and key fobs with covers to arm and disarm system.

I have tried cheap 1 way car alarms but they have a ton of other junk on them like door locks, trunk locks, programming, etc. I contacted several of these manufactures but no response from any !!! I need to be able to supply these to my customers for easy install, first a prototype then figure out how to mass produce, Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I am not a electronic expert but have some basic know how of boards and such so I don't know if Im better off trying to build my own. Trying to hire someone to build this simple box has become a huge challenge!!

Looking at the Sonix Electronix website I see car alarm systems at amazingly low prices. The ScyTek SP400 system looks pretty complete and sells for just $34.99.

This looks to be a very competitive market with high entry costs (design, injection molding, manufacturing, packaging, distribution and marketing). I would avoid reinventing this wheel.

It looks like your approach has been to ask the manufactures to strip down the kits but they have not responded. You need to find someone who they will talk to, perhaps someone in China.
