Sir,

I do have an idea of replacing an existing wind system turbine blades with a solar blade. Solar blades means that a blade is designed in manner of a normal blade but with solar module. Can I have an increase in efficiency or is this idea can have a shape? Can it be practicable implemented? If not, please give me some suggestions and help.

That is an interesting idea if I understand you. I think you mean to cover the wind turbine blades with solar cells so it produces both wind and photovoltaic energy.

The link below shows a combined wind/solar generator with the solar cells mounted 90 degrees to the wind blades.

thank you for ur reply sir and i have a basic doubt when concerned to this solar panels. THAT IS when a solar panel is rotating and during the operation of the rotation can it collect the light energy that falls on it?? and can it produce the maximum efficiency or efficiency closer to the the actual solar panel???

Solar panels mounted on the blades, or mounted as shown in the cleantechnica link, do not result in maximum solar panel output. However, there is output.

Combined wind and solar power farms as shown in the link below result in optimum usage of both wind and solar energy.
