What is two relay (RL1 & RL2) rating of "IC Controlled Emergency Light With Charger Circuit" ? Which is poted in your web site. I have asked it before from this circuit but I have not mention which circuit's relay. So you have answer for common. In this parts list these two relay also missing. So please write to me those two relay rating.
