Switching Fan One Power Failure

Hi,

I am begginer.

I am looking for a simple solution for switching my Fan ON when there is a power failure using invertor/UPS power.

The reason I want to do this is, when power is present, my air conditioning is working, only when power failure happens, I would need a fan.
