What should we do to achieve specific delay in CMOS circuit? For example for my understanding (215 ps). I think I need the following things but its not all and i think I am missing some.
* Power supply
* Threshold voltage for NMOS
* Threshold voltage for PMOS
* Load capacitance

Please anyone tell me what should we do to achieve 215 ps delay?
