I don't know how to do the calculation in the attached image. 10 for dynamic resistance. I don't know 0.1 and 0.01 are used. Please help. Thank you in advance.

they are showing 10 ohms times 10% times 10mA to show the change in voltage from the change in dynamic resistance.
