Project Proposal

Good Day! I want to make a simple device that people can use as a tool in asking for assistance in times of trouble like hold-up etc. My idea is that it will be a user friendly device wherein the user will just press the button and then the device will send a signal by GPS to locate the victim's present location. Now my question is that "is this possible?" and if so, can u suggest a material that i can read and study for the implementation of this project? Thank you

Hi Sir! I have another idea I'm thinking of a machine (garbage machine) that receives recyclable materials like paper, plastic bottles etc. and pays back either coins or point system. Is this existing? I mean the idea Thank you )
