This looks like a question asked by someone with absolutely _no _engineering background. The lack of specificity is staggering. To even have to explain what's missing in this question would be a project in itself.
Is this for your final year project? If yes then may I suggest that you try to build something yourself - something that you really understand from your course....instead of simply picking up ready-made material and then wrapping it up and then calling it your own.
