Why there is a voltage on an analog input pin?

I am using a dsPIC33FJ16GS502 QFNS microcontroler, I get avoltage of 90 mV while there is no power connected to the board on AN5 analog input pin and when there is power this goes to 1.5 V. Any ideas what could be the cause of this?

Most likely something the board is connected to is providing power. Is there a battery or super capacitor on the board?

No there is no battery or super capacitor, the voltage appears only on this pin. I am thinking of PCB thermal coupling effect, but still why this pin only? The pin at the moment is isolated and there is no power what so ever connected to the board.
