Hi, I've designed a 48 to 12 power supply for specific purpose ( turn on a gsm module).this power supply is ground negative but 48v line in telecom shelter is ground positive .
how I can adopt This two?

Have you committed yourself to a design yet. How much current do you need, a few hundred mA?. There are a number of SMPS topologies, such as the step down/inverting, and others that use a transformer at the output, which would allow voltage inversion,

tank you very much for your Guidance.
problem in my circuit is in input .I should transform -48 to +48.for more safety
minimum current what load need is 1.5 A.load(gsm and sensors) works to +12v.
