PSPICE Schematic

I am working on a homework assignment for an Electronics class and I am to design a two stage op amp with a gain of A=A1*A2=-X. X equals a group member's student ID which in our case totaled to 39. Our resistor values are 130k/20k=6.5, and 120k/20k=6. When I put the schematic into PSPICE and run a simulation I am getting a DC voltage at the amp outputs which is not making sense to us, and I have shown the schematic to other students, and a T.A. and the schematic looks okay to us but none can figure out why the outputs are showing a DC voltage. I have recreated the schematic a dozen times trying to switch terminals and mess around with the battery sources but I always get a similar output.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

The power supply pins on the op amps don't look right, turn the batteries around, and the second op amp is configured with positive feedback for starters,

Your OP-Amps are powered by -14V on the negative and positive power supply. So your circuit cannot work. You have to reverse the polarity of the two upper power supplies.
