Hi, I am building a miniature power grid of sorts using DC power supplies. The power supplies are of a very simple construction: 1 magnet, and 1 coil of magnetic wire (each power supply is identical). I have several of the 1 magnet -1 coil generators. I need to know how I can combine/ add the current of each, to build a larger current, to eventually power a DC load.
I do not believe that putting them together directly in series like batters will work because the current from one may interfere with the mechanical movements of the coil and magnet. of the next. Each of these DC power supplies has 2 wires leading from them, positive and negative.
I know it is possible, solar cells & batteries are connected in series but solar cells and batteries have no moving parts.
Does any one know how to do this? Please explain the parts and wiring. Thank You!
