Attached a photo of the schematic. I'm trying to make a LT3277 IC Drive an LED, but the paperwork doesn't describe everything in detail. I'm only on a hobby level and designing my first PCB, could you please describe the purpose of each component and what effect it
has on the driver by changing the value?

Hi William,

Here is the Data Sheet of LT3277. In this datasheet, you can find the pin functions and its descriptions. Furthermore, it has a discussion on how the operation is done. I would suggest you read datasheet to further enhance your knowledge.

Thanks for the reply.

Doesn't go into enough detail
on what to integrate with the
micro controller.

On the comparator op amps
It doesn't give me the gain of
the op amp. How can I figure out

Vo=A (V+ - V-)

If I don't know the value of A?

Also what's the Vdd and Vee equal?
It only gives you a general value of component to use.
I need to know the effect of it so that I know exactly what value component to use for my application.

That's where I need help.

Here is the Information Sheet of LT3277. In this datasheet, you can discover the stick capacities and its portrayals. Besides, it has a talk on how the task is finished. I would recommend you read datasheet to additionally upgrade your insight.
