Since you haven't had a response, here is some comment from someone who has never purchased a ups before.
The factory, for a ups system of this rating, should be cooperative in supplying any test results you ask for, since none of it is propriety. You may need to have someone familiar with high power ups systems look over the data if you are not familiar with the test procedures, a testing consultant could do that for you..
The factory should have done static and dynamic load testing. The dynamic tests will check things like supply glitches, which occur even in this type of ups with load changes. The static tests will look at things like run time at max load etc.
EMC testing is another issue. A large enough company may have the equipment to do its own conducted EMC tests, but often the radiated would more likely be done by an outside consultant in a standards approved laboratory.
I would suggest that in all cases, a standards laboratory should have tested relevant test equipment and provided calibration certificates. This would apply to voltage, current, and power, and any other equipment used in testing.
If the company makes a lot of theses devices, they may possibly only do statistical testing aside from the obvious operational test.
If you are unsure about any issues I would suggest you find an outside consultant,
cheers,
Richard
