Dear all..
We have 150kva INFORM brand ups installed before 5yrs with 58 lead acid batteries. This year we have changed batteries of same type and capacitu.It works for about 3months but it stops working. In the first time there was a phase sequence changed from our service provieder but we fix it and it works for a week. But right now the system dont start up when the main grid power is present, the output power is zero, but when the generator is oned somepart of the system start i.e input contactor,rectifier and bypass mode. The inverter and the output contactor dont start the load is fed via the bypass supply,but before the rectofier was disabled but we enabled it. The system cant transfer the load to the inverter which is in enabled position. Our batteries(58) are also need to charge till we maintan or replace the ups. Please help me and see the attached name plate. Please send me deep internal circuit diagram and most fauler points
