Kind of new need BOM help

im more of a hobbyist i have no formal education and most of the stuff i assemvle is for my enjoyment , i bought details for a flash recorder from a russian and he sent me a BOM that my local electronics store says is illegible , in the past the boms have been accurate and theyve been able to fill my order and ive been able to assemble the pcb or said device with the instructions included , all of a sudden the person who sold me this is gone so im stuck with around 75 printed pcbs and im not sure what components to attach heres the bom if anyone can help , it might be the guy was just a prick at the electronics store but some input would be awesome

If that is the BOM, then yes, they would have problems.
You need to supply the size/type/ package information.
Every one of those parts can have multiple configurations.
You need to go to the PCB, and from the footprints, determine the type of packaging the part is. Through hole/SMD for starters, then work from there.
Some part numbers, like Farnell(Element 14 now) 317-457 will help, the numbers after the resistors will be part numbers from a catalogue as well,

well i know everything is ment to be attached to the board there is no through holes , i can post the gerber if your willing to look at it , the person in china didnt even silk screen on the lettering for where to but the comptents so im lost to be honest , im not sure how to do what you just said

OK, so it's all SMD. You should be able to measure the pad spacing and sizes for each component to determine the package used. If you have the gerbers, there should be one for the silk screen layer. Download GC-Prevue (look it up on the WWW). This will allow you to view all the layers on a pc. The silk screen will allow you to associated reference designators with the adjacent pads for the part.
Look up all the part numbers (1K5, 24LC512 etc)on say DigiKey, that will show you what package sizes and configurations are available for each of your parts, for example, 1K5 could be 0805, 0603, etc (these are imperial sizes, or 2012 and 1608 (in metric). Find which one matches the lands on the PCB .If you look up mini USB connector, all the parts will come up, and you should be able to match up a part to fit your PCB lands. It will take a while, but it will sort itself out,
