BOM/Schematic trouble

hi , i have a very vague bom to go with a pcb im assembling ive figured out everything on this im pretty sure except the 3k signal generator which im assuming is for a clock signal but dont know what to use , and the appropriate switch the bom is for a russian site and translated so dosent do much looking up parts here .. heres the schematic .. and heres the bom

What is the question here? Are you asking for help on the parts?

From the way I look at it, it would be quite difficult if you only have this information. Besides, I tried to follow your blogs in this site. It shows you have been posting the same parts for the generator. I have a doubt you haven't yet found your parts.

i am having trouble finding out what the person means in the schematic by "3k generator" i know its something to do with a clock but what to use specifically i dont know , and yes i found out all the parts but two since i last posted , a member was able to tell me how to find out what package layout my pcb needed and i was able to locate everything but this.
