High Tension

need to design circuit which will keep street boys from steeling my car's side mirrors. possibly a high tension circuit which will strike before touching it and to be safe to bypassers when parked. i have good knowledge of electrical electronics and i would like to know what to apply..

As per the indian law fence / window charging or the way you are looking for is
permitted only after issuing an noc from the concern govt authority . Building an osc
circuit having a variable frequency control which can vary the freq from 45 to 70 hz
using a12v 7ah battery a 12v 1amp transformer you can make a high voltage which
can deliver a good shock.


Instead of that go for a cctv with recording facility for locating the correct person.
Providing a shock on your car mirror is dangerous because by accident any one may get shock including you sometimes it may be a fatal one cant predict.

I agree with Sambath, your idea is potentially hazardous.
There are car security systems available which will record images on SD cards, and sms to a cell phone, or even send an image. These are cheap, made in volume in places like China, and probably India as well.
Even if you capture images, the police still have to follow it up, trying to locate transient street boys is something that may not be high on their agenda, which I guess is the reason for the wanting to scare them off using your high voltage generator,

If an elderly person with a weak heart accidentally touched your car, you could find yourself in prison for many years for murder. (Or possibly executed in some countries.)
So as mentioned, the cheap in-car security camera is a safer option.

However, a very effective anti-car-crime device of this type is seen at the beginning of the original Robocop movie.

A high voltage instantly electrocutes the thief as he tries to start the car, and the system then opens the door automatically to allow the (charred) dead body to fall onto the road.

Unfortunately I have not yet been able to find a supplier for this device in my country.
