Hi,
I'm looking for some advise on how to start a project.
I have a battery pack, it's an Anton Bauer HyTRON 100, outputting 14.4 volts, 100 WH. My overall goal it to power 6 gopros via this battery.
Besides the problem of converting its D-tap plug to usb I can't find any USB hub on the market that will take the power and distribute a constant 5v 1amp to each 6 gopro. I'm guessing the output from the hub via usb to each gopro is being throttled to try and save power/be energy efficient, this causes the gopros to be under powered and freeze.
My question is what is the most effective way to deliver 6 usb outputs at a constant 5v 1amp from the battery?
- is their a usb hub that is reliable?
- will I need to build a custom solution, if so could i get a simple overview of the components needed.
Any advise would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Michael
