We want to make a PV system for the common areas of a building, but we dont want the energy surpluses to go to the grid, but instead to the apartments, is there way to do it?

Hi,

What do you mean apartments? Are the power lines/ connections different for this building? You could always opt to store the excess power. That will then be the source for you apartment.

Thank you for your answer, we dont want to use batteries, (they are too expensive) By apartment I mean to the flats, to the people living there, instead of selling it to the grid at a lower price.
