Soldering Iron Problem

sir,

only one month ago i had bought this Soldering Iron and now it's not working properly

initially i had seen that it's tip was able to melt the solder from PCB for Desoldering

but now it's tip is not able to melt the solder efficiently although it's tip is being heated 

furthermore the portion of part just above the tip is still able to melt the solder efficiently

 

so suggest me what will i do now to make its tip melt the solder again

Hard to tell from the photo, but it appears that the end is badly oxidized. A soldering iron tip must be "tinned" with solder, and be quite shiny in appearance.

Hi Sourav Kumar,

From the picture it looks like a soldron make soldering iorn.
these types of iorns do not have any circuit to control the tip temperature, so due to
more heat on the tip it will come black and dirty very fast ,to prevent this file the tip
of the iorn properly tin the tip with good quality lead before using,the next and most
important thing is that always keep a wet cloth (small piece of thick wet towel cloth)
on your work table and always clean the tip of your soldering iorn before every use
this will control the tip temperature of your iorn and prevent it from becoming black.
