How to Build Outdoor Sequenced Timed Lights Circuit for 15m Walkway Using 555 Timer?

I am a beginer in electrical engineering, and I wanted to make in my home yard a timed flashing sequence of lights just like in Airports (like in the photo) but I don't know how to do it. The walk route is long 15 meters!
I saw some examples with 555 with small LEDs but in my case the lights are for outdoor environments with different voltages!
I need an answer as fast as possible,PLEASE!!

Well, with the examples you saw with 555 timers, generally the concept is just the same just with a higher voltage in mind. Also the controller part is on a much larger scale. Now, the big question is how to do it, right? First, the arduino can still work as your controller but the output must be step-up to enable the LED to function. Second, you should know the total power needed by the whole system.

VOLTAGES ARE VERY LOW COMPARED WITH THE POWER NEEDED FOR THE IN-GROUND LED LIGHTS!
