Finding an Electrical Engineer Partner for Power & Heating Liquids Project Collaboration

Hello, 

  New to the fourm and looking to find someone to work with on an idea I've had for years but never had the electrical experience and what not, it's an idea that will change many industries and is not by any means a unachivable task but I just need the right person to be involve on the electrical Side to make it work! It involves power and heating liuids.. Please let me known if anyone has any ideas how to go about this. Thanks a lot!

Well, I really hate to give to much information to an open audience but I guess what I am looking to do is find a way to store/distribute enough power to keep near freezing liquid warm for a period of about 6 hours using 12v power, and keep it in a small enough package say "2cubic feet"

Just outline your thoughts and simple outline of the idea so that others can contemplate and hopefully are interested in it too

If this idea is patentable, then you need to be cautious about what you say on the forum.
My feeling is that you need to check the physics out, it appears to be an thermodynamics problem, to see if it stacks up. Possibly approach a university physics department, a lecturer or masters/PhD student could probably go through it with you. Most universities have a commercial arm, but they will likely charge you for advice.
You need to have a confidentiality agreement, but be aware that they sometimes offer little protection, so be cautious about how you approach potential help.
If the physics looks OK, then the same universities electronic engineering department may be able to help with the practicalities of getting a prototype built.
