Bluetooth Headphone Design: BC127 Transceiver, STA540 Amp, Battery—Component Connections?

Hi,

 

I am a final year Electrical and Electronics engineering student, I am doing ''Bluetooth wireless headphone with integrated amplifier and charging unit design'' I am on researching on it but a little bit unsure exact component needed for bluetooth audio headphone here are the product that I got until now

BC 127(Bluetooth audio transceiver) 

STA540 (Audio Amplifier)

Lithuim lon battery

anyone who can explain briefly about how this component are connected and also tell me if there is some others missing I would appreciare

Like anybody tackling a project of this nature, you will need to get all of the data sheets and applications notes that the manufacturer of your BC127 unit have on their web site (there are a lot there) and sit down and do a lot of reading, and take notes or highlight as you go. They should supply all the information you need to get your project up and running.
Your power amp is total overkill if you are driving headphones, you probably need a low power (a hundred mW) class D ( or G?) headphone driver of some kind, check out someone like Texas Instruments.
