i was curious about something and wanted to ask you guys about " the conductive floor system: " in bumper cars .
i know that they're using chargeing floor with Negative and Positive strips on the floor with an insulation between them ,but what i dont get is how a person walks on this floor without getting shocked ! shouldnt the current uses his body as a conductor to travel between negative to positive .
What am i missing here ?
