Fair-Play BB-100 Scoreboard: Options for Replacing or Rebuilding Missing BB1 Control

im a carpenter, not an electrical engineer that is why i am asking your help. a customer brought be a vintage basketball scoreboard missing the control unit. i have researched online and have been unable to locate said controller. it was oringinally made by fair-play and is model number BB-100 that uses a BB1 control. i have a basic understanding of electrictiy and circitry. what would it cost to have this made? who would i contact? finally, if i built it myself how much trouble am i getting myself into?

From the manual itself, it is hard to determine the part numbers of the ICs and other components used in the control board. If you can provide that, it would be a good start. But in my opinion, you could contact fair-play manufacturer if they have a replacement or a new model replacement for the BB-100 models. But unfortunately, that would cost you more bucks in return for less trouble you would experience if your the one building it.
