Will This RF Strength Meter Circuit Accurately Detect 221 MHz With a Handheld Yagi?

Will the attached circuit work to detect 221 MHz?  I plan to use a handheld yagi.

First of all, are you the one who designed this circuit? If not, its best to know first the function of the circuit. Have you tried using this circuit? Basically in your circuit, you have your PLL which should be synchronous with the signal generated. Then comes your loop filter. So generally, it might work. but the values, i'm not sure.


The 221MHz spectrum is used for Land mobile - base stations according to federal regulations, I'm not sure if your aware of that.

Yes, I designed it. I need something that can detect 221 MHZ if I use a 220-222 MHZ yagi antenna as the source. The meter will be a 100 uA meter and I want to be able to detect the strongest signal as I point the yagi toward the transmitter. It's not LMR, but a SCADA master.
