Depends on how you are deriving the rest of your power. If it is from a mains based system, then a transformer and rectifiers would do it. If you only have DC available, then a Switch Mode Power Supply.Looking at your schematic, the IGBT drivers will not work, the drive is asymmetric, with a high impedance in the off state, have a look at this app note,https://www.vishay.com/docs/81227/81227.pdf
and look up further info on driving IGBT's. You also have to watch out for cross conduction since switching delays occur, and turn on and off are not symmetrical, some dead time is usually needed.Also not sure what you are trying to achieve with the three op-amps,cheers,Richard.
