I'm working on a 100 Amp continuous 3-phase BLDC controller/drive that requires to function properly, continuously, & efficiently with supply voltage down to 5V and up to 60V. Will an IC such as IRS21867S drive both the low & high N-Channel gates to their optimum Rds on voltage range of 10-20V above source while only having a 5V supply voltage? If not, please help find the ideal way to approach this obstacle. Thanks for your time.
