i have a motorcycle engine with alternator. i assume its output is 13-14 V though i m not sure about the current (charging current is 0.3A) This is used to charge a 12V 3 AH battery. I wanted to know what modifications i have to make if i need more charge from the same alternator? I want to charge a 20AH Battery.

If the 20 AH battery and the 3AH battery are both 12V lead-acid batteries, you don't have to make any changes. The 20 AH battery will take 20/3=6.7 times as long to charge as does the 3AH battery.
