Hi,
I'm trying to study digital circuits and I'm not understanding timing diagrams (especially ROMs and RAMs).
Can you please suggest me some books where they and their usage are explained very clearly, with examples and solved exercises (especially about roms and rams)?

Porfirio, not to steal Elizabeth's thunder but our own Elizabeth Simon may be doing one of her Excellent "How to Read Datasheets" series on how to read timing diagrams. Elizabeth has a gift for explaining things simply and I'm sure this would help you. Keep watching the site.
